Ayam Penyet, one of my favorite Indonesian cuisine

I don't remember when exactly I ate this meal for the first time.  I think it was in Malaysia in 2010.  Since end of 2008 I tried to eat chicken and quit to be a semi-vegie person.  Because of trauma that I got in senior high school, I didn't eat chicken, meat and sea food for long time.

Now, I can taste this meal "Ayam Penyet".  I like the spicy dan crispy fried chicken with chilli sambal.  It complete with hot rice and raw vegetables. It's perfect for lunch or dinner.

So now... everywhere I go, I will find Indonesian food, especially Ayam Penyet :)

So refreshing

Anyone can guess where is this place? :) If your answer is a place in Bogor, then your guess is correct...:) Yes it's spring water at Puncak, Bogor. Bogor is my hometown, a small city, but beautiful, not far from Jakarta.  How can you get this place? This place is not difficult to find. When you drive to Bandung from Bogor through Puncak road, you can see the large tea plantation.  Before you pass hilly ways, you will see the main entrace to the tea plantation company "Gunung Mas". Across this gate, you will find a small gate to reach this water spring.

So... visit this place, and enjoy the fresh of spring water ...:)

Kamboja Jepun

Here we can find this flower "Kamboja Jepang" in cemetery. Therefore some people called it as "cemetery flower".  Maybe because the tree is high enough with leaves that cover the grave.  So far I have seen three different colors: pink, yellow and white.  The white one is Bali flower.  It is used in religious ceremony and other cultural events.
It is simple but pretty ...:)
