My name is Imas Sitanggang. Beside doing my job as a student and a lecturer, I am enjoying my hobbies. I like travelling to see some beautiful places. The destinations I prefer are beach, forest, high lands, and other natural views. Moreover, since I stayed for 3-months in the Netherlands, I fall in love in photography. But sadly, until now I don’t have enough time to learn the technique to capture nice pictures. With my pocket camera Canon Ixus, I started taking views and objects I like that I saw in my trips in 2008. Ancient buildings, garden, mountains, flowers, sunset, food are some of my favourite objects. I capture it only based on my feeling and my eyes.
Not only photos I collect from my trips, I often write my travel notes to remind me about the place I visited, people I meet, and the new culture that I have not seen before. My friends suggest me to write all my trip notes in a book. But, I need more time to do it. Hopefully one day, I will have a book about my trips.
